- backend/api/schemas.py created with CloudConnectionOut (SEC-08 compliant)
- backend/api/cloud.py import switched from api.admin to api.schemas
- 51 cloud + admin tests pass; no behavior change
- Original admin.py definition preserved for plan 08-04 deletion
